I Just paid my yearly subscription but the server status still saying I have only days left. When I contacted live support was told to email renewals and wait 24 hours for a reply.

Considering the money was taken from my account this is not the way forward and should have updated right away.

I also think a 20 per cent reduction on the full fee is still very steep compared to the rest of the market and others offering the same product full licence for £7-00 through Ebay
