Morning,

Got a little problem with Bullguard v8 : i just reinstalled windows XP with SP3, so i wanted to do the same with my favorite antivirus.

I used to run bullguard v7 before, never encountered any problem with it, so i dowloaded BG v8 and every time i want to install it, the setup program just freezes on the "installing shared components" screen ...

Could you help me ? :)

Please install this package from Microsoft before installing BullGuard.

1. Download the file called vcredist_x86.exe.

2. Run (double-click) the file from the location where you have downloaded it.

3. Restart the computer and retry to install BullGuard.

Should the problem persist, please contact our Support.
