Hello berryracer,

Please provide me with the exact version of your BullGuard.

I will recommend further actions as soon as you provide me with it.

Cheers!

Hi Robert, it is 13.0.252 (latest version I believe)

I installed this on a clean Windows 7 Professional 64-Bit installation. No previous antivirus or suite previously installed so I'm sure it's not a conflict with any previous installation

Hi there,

The issue is caused by the fact that BullGuard currently uses an estimation method based on the Windows one, which is known to be very accurate. lol

However, we are currently working on this, and it should be fixed in the next month.

Cheers!
