No - it is not advisable to try to run two real time antivirus programmes on your computer. The resulting conflict will slow down your computer or seize it up completely.

Save your mony - run one good real time protection AV programme and keep Windows and all your other programmes, plugins and add-ons up to date.

Maybe it works for you. Try googling' 'Running two real time antvirus programmes together' and read what others say - it is generally not advised.

I run one real time antivirus programme but have another free, not real time programme with which I occasionally do a scan.

Superantispyware is more classed as Anti Malware/spyware rather than AV, I have run it alongside BG since version 8 with absolutley no problems. Also have it on friends Pc's with BG and again never had an issue.

All fully updated and virus free.

Thanks for that Keltic. Are you referring to the free version of SuperAntiSpyware or the paid Professional version?
