I now have a new problem with the firewall ...

Now my local network can't be accessed when Bullguard firewall is turned on.
I have a NAS drive, on my local network 192.168.0.0 (gateway address is 192.168.0.1). Bullguard has added a "trusted network" automatically (192.168.0.0), but in reality this network is not trusted !
Discovery isn't working, I can't ping my drive. It is not reachable. I've now turned off Bullguard firewall, and I'm using windows firewall instead. The trusted network feature is broken. I have to turn Bullguard firewall off to be able to use my drive.

I've tried adding different trusted network addresses, like 192.168.0.1, but that doesn't make a difference.

Or am I doing something wrong ? I've not changed any network settings. I tried disabling the agnitum firewall driver in my wireless network properties. This didn't work either, although some pings did complete for my drive. I guess the agnitum driver should stay active.

I have several devices on my local network (printer and other computers). I really need to be able to reach my devices.

Well I fixed the problem in the end. Just had to do the usual uninstall and reinstall. I allowed all settings to be deleted, but it still automatically knew my login and password when I installed, so not everything is really deleted.

Before I installed, I checked I had local network access, which I had. Windows Firewall was still turned on.
I then installed, waited for the definition update etc etc, then reset.
After the re-start, I could still access my local network ... yeah !
I then stopped windows firewall.
All seems to be working now.

It doesn't explain why it stopped working, but it is working again.

I already replied to your post on the other thread, before having a look at this. Even if it's working now (by reinstalling you re-installed the Firewall driver, which now had the correct permissions, so it saw the network correctly), that doesn't necessarily mean the issue will not return, as you did not find out why this happened in the first place (the root of the issue). I still suggest you contact our support.

Thanks for the offer. Right now its working, so I'm happy. But if it happens again, I'll contact support. At the moment there isn't an issue to debug.

Although if any log files that are created by default are of help, let me know. I can attach or send them to you.
