BullGuard IS 2013 - AV service not running on PC startup

Since upgrading to BullGuard IS 2013, I have noticed on several occasions after starting the PC that the program's status window reports the AV service to be not running - this is still happening even though I have the recent program update to Ver.13.0.252. Fortunately I usually spot the disabled AV component as I always do a manual update immediately after startup, but it's not a very desirable state of affairs and something that could easily be overlooked. Is this a known issue? - I'm guessing it's something to do with the timing sequence of the various start-up items.



OS is Windows 7 x64 Home Premium.

I am also having this problem since updating and find it annoying having to start it manually every time i boot up. has anyone found a solution for this.

That is not normal to happen. Please contact support so we can gather the logs from your computers and see if we can get to the bottom of the issue.
