I have a game exe that keeps being flagged Trojan.Fakealert.58481 even though its a known ok file and isn't flagged by any other AV on multiple machines. Is there an easy way to report this to Bullguard or am I just missing it? User image

Hi Argosreality,

We are aware of this issue and the file has been sent to the virus lab.
It it is a false positive, the detection will be removed in the next 48 hours.

To report a false positive detection, archive the detected file using "infected" as password and send it to support@bullguard.com along with a screenshot of the detection.

Best wishes!
