Problem downloading upgrade to V10

I took the bit between my teeth and tried to download the V10 upgrade. After V9, I am very nervous - apparently justifiably. My subscription is for 3 PCs, 5Gb backup and I have 365 days to run (I think.)
I have no wish to change this. No matter what I do, I am just told "Sorry, you must select an upgrade option."
Suggestions, please?

Most probably, you are trying to upgrade your subscription, not your BullGuard application. You can upgrade by following this guide: http://www.bullguard.com/why/bullguard-internet-security/bullguard-internet-security-10-information-for-existing-bullguard-users.aspx
