After creating a new game profile, the list does not sort again. Everything is sorted alphabetically but all the new custom profiles are at the bottom. Even the notification icon at the bottom does not sort the new profiles.
An application restart also does not fix the sort.
Perhaps you could also add a way of sort it after most used? Or the top 10 used appearing alphabetically at the top, with a line dividing it from the rest. Most of us will usually only play a handful games at a time, so being able to quickly find and edit settings might be a worthwhile add.
However, as BG automatically switches profiles you shouldn't have to spend too much time working with that list, so it might very well be a waste of time programming it. But that's for you guys to decide.
I like this idea, not that it makes a huge difference to the whole way it works but it you want to manually change profiles then it would be easier to find. Also...While trying to figure out how to add a profile I actually renamed an original one and now it is not in alphabbetical order.. So not only do i have new ones down the bottom but the top ones don't look right either ..

Ouch! ... my bad! ><
Guess this feature would be pretty useful lol
My situation is a little different though. I've created a few new/custom game profiles and they're all located at the bottom so I know where they are if I want to edit them and try other settings.
If they were at the top that'd be even better of course lol- Crystalizer
