I can host games but I cannot be pinged nor can I use WC3Banlist at all (no fromall or pingall or anything). I noticed it is blocking outgoing TCP packets and it talks about it is because of a Global Setting. If I need to I will post logs and whatnot.

I cannot ping others, however, they can ping me, and I have no problems with /fromall or /banleaver or any other commands, apart from /pingall.

So, perhaps you've got some funny settings..?

I had it all default and set to WC3 Profile and it still wont let me do any of them. Sometimes it worked. I swear it works sometimes, but mostly not.
