Installed the Beta version and rebooted the computer.
Got the error message "Failed to communicate with the file protection service on startup."
(Error 0x4c9;Step13)

Rebooted again and received the same error.

Hi guys,

feel free to report this error here in this thread, even if it is in the known bugs list. We're hunting down that bug, and appreciate as much info from you as possible. Especially, if you get this error, try a couple of reboots and report if the error dissappears or not.

Hello,
If you go into the Antivirus section of the software and select to enable or disable the "Real time file monitoring"
the error above also did pop up one time.

Hello,
After a little back and forward with turning the Antivirus real time monitoring on and off, I was able to produce the error:
"Failed to communicate with the email protection service."
(Error 0x42b;Step5)

After clicking Ok on this messagebox, the Antivirus showed:
The on-access protection is enabled, but the checkboxes below was not enabled (Not Checked).

Trying to click the checkbox "Enable real time monitoring" now resulted in the error:
Failed to communicate with the file protection service:
(Error 0x42b;Step5)

Normally a user will not disable, enable this option all the time (On and Off). So under normal circumstances this will most likely not be a problem (Maybe).
But to see if the application really holds, it's sometimes a good idea to stress test the application a little. Things that normally work often fails, and the bug or error can be corrected and a more stable application will be distributed.
It's amazing what users actually do in a application and a combination of several things will sometimes result in some form of error, but not always.

For all who experienced this problem in Beta 1:

Please uninstall Beta 1, restart, install Beta 2. Report back if the problem persists in Beta 2. We’re confident that we’ve solved the issue in Beta 2, but would love some confirmation from those of you who have experienced the issue.
