Hi - trying to run a scan but just get an error 'requires internet connection' but the device is connected. Any ideas? Jim

Hello Jim,

Please open the BullGuard application and then Settings to make sure that you have allowed BullGuard to connect to the internet. Also not that BullGuard can be set to access the network only via wiFi and if you are on the data plan it will not work.

Make sure you do not have conflicting applications installed.

If the problem expands past that, please contact support directly, so we can investigate the matter further.
