Can anyone tell me how to get rid of an annoying popup I have, it a blank popup except for an internet explorer icon in the top lefthand corner, if I right click on it the only options it allows me is to move it or close it. It keeps coming back every few minutes. I have run all the scans and downloaded antivirus software, anti spyware and malware. I cannot see the file properties. It also crashes any game I try and start when it pops up.
