does your OS have a recovery system, or restore. If you do, turn it off, then do a disk clean to remove all restore points. this being in .dll file going to tough, so when you remove it in regedit, delete all the file that have it then turn your system restore back on to fix the files. most viruses tend to write themselves into the recovery,so it can lie in wait and become a default file. I'll almost bet that when it hit it wanted you to either reboot or put in in recovery, right? try that and see if it works. Oh btw after you fix the files turn recovery off and get all the updates from monkeysoft.( my name for microsoft )
Wher can I find this Recovery thing that I have to turn off... sorry I am not so good with software but I love to play around with the insides of my PC
What Operating System do you have? It will probably be U.S.A. Central Morning time before I can get back to you. I need to know this so I can walk you through it.
Cecilia find the following file: vscan.log which is the report file of Bullguard, generated after each scan, and send it to: support@bullguard.com, or enter the live chat if you need urgent help (having the report vscan.log file at hand):
