Post a logfile:
Put HJT in a permanent folder. Click My Computer, then C:\ In the menu bar, File->New->Folder. That will create a folder named New Folder, which you can rename to "HJT" .Put your HijackThis.exe there, and double click to run it.
Push - Do a systemscan and save a logfile - button
and Highlight the Entire Log by pressing Ctrl+A and Copy it. Post log here

I suggest you print this out
Please go offline, close all other programs
Double-click on KillBox.exe.
Click on-Tools. Delete Temp Files
Select the option "Delete on reboot".
Now copy the next bold:
C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkhf.dll
Open 'file' in the killboxmenu on top and choose Paste from clipboard
Now you will see, this is pasted in the "Full Path of File to Delete"-field.
Then press the button that looks like a red circle with a white X in it. Killbox will tell you that all listed files will be deleted on next reboot.. Click YES When it asks if you would like to Reboot now, click YES If you get a "PendingFileRenameOperations Registry Data has been Removed by External
Process!" message then just restart manually.
Still disconnected.
Next, please reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following: 1) Restart your computer 2) After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, press F8. 3) Instead of Windows loading as normal, a menu should appear 4) Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode.
Scan with HijackThis , close all other windows and browsers, and place a checkmark next to
these items, and fix: O2 - BHO: (no name) - {5C8B2A36-3DB1-42A4-A3CB-D426709BBFEB} - (no file) O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8E13DDE1-E013-47ec-9C4C-27C2F78BDD26} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkhf.dll O20 - Winlogon Notify: pmkhf - C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\pmkhf.dll O21 - SSODL: PostBootReminder - C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll - (no file) O21 - SSODL: CDBurn - C:\WINDOWS\system32\SHELL32.dll - (no file) O21 - SSODL: WebCheck - C:\WINDOWS\system32\webcheck.dll - (no file) O21 - SSODL: SysTray - C:\WINDOWS\system32\stobject.dll - (no file)

I have seen in other forums, that AVG can fix it:
Install, update it, do not set it as active avirusscanner.
Run full systemscan.
Reboot

Fix with hijackthis: O2 - BHO: (no name) - {8E13DDE1-E013-47ec-9C4C-27C2F78BDD26} - C:\WINDOWS\system32\pmkhf.dll (file missing) O20 - Winlogon Notify: pmkhf - pmkhf.dll (file missing)
Hide system files again.
The Temp folders and Internet cache should be cleaned out periodically as installation programs and hijack programs leave a lot of junk thereFor safer surfing: http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareblaster.html SpywareBlaster , a program created by Javacool, is used to secure your Internet Explorer to make it harder for these ActiveX programs to run on your computer, as well as disabling the ability of certain known offending ActiveX programs from running at all. This program also has the ability to stop certain cookies from being added to your computer when running Mozilla based browsers like Firefox.
http://www.javacoolsoftware.com/spywareguard.html SpywareGuard provides a real-time protection solution against spyware that is a great addition to SpywareBlaster ´s protection method. An anti-virus program scans files before you open them and prevents execution if a virus is detected - SpywareGuard does the same thing, but for spyware! And you can easily have an anti-virus program running alongside SpywareGuard.https://netfiles.uiuc.edu/ehowes/www/resource.htm IE-SPYAD adds a long list of sites and domains associated with known advertisers, marketers, and crapware pushers to the Restricted sites zone of Internet Explorer . Once you merge this list of sites and domains into the Registry, the web sites for these companies will not be able to use cookies, ActiveX controls, Java applets, or scripting to compromise your privacy or your PC while you surf the Net. Nor will they be able to use your browser to push unwanted pop-ups, cookies, or auto-installing programs on your PC.
