I have EMC Email Control and some how BullGuard found a virus in it and it blocked the file now it doesnt let me get into also happend with NotePad how do i get into it.

First you should run a full scan with Bullguard then find the following file: vscan.log and attach it here.
The file is located in: C:\Program Files\Bullguard
 
If you want to access the programs you need, disable the Antivirus, but until the problem with the viruses Bullguard has found isn't solved, you shouldn't try to acces the programs. nono
