I have Bullguard, XP Pro, etc...Bullguard does not update itself. Well, it does, but it keeps telling me "No updates available" for the past 10 days or so. MY known viruses is 73815. I know there have been some in the last 10 days to update. My Update Settings folder has nothing in it, a blank page, which used to have something in it. I got an email back from a friend who said I had a virus, she of course couldn't open it. She didn't have a name for it. My computer acts funny...One time it will open a file and work, next time it won't. I have lost files that are probably with the socks we all lose from the washer. Where do they go? I tried to go to live help chat and I got [Configuration Error: config files not found!] Exiting... [request_fmain.php]. Does anyone have any idea what is going on and how to fix it? Bullguard should have a secure online site to go to so you can manually download updates so you can find out if you have a virus or not! or atleast update it! Does it sound like a virus or am I really computer illiterate? How do I get an update when the Bullguard program won't do it?
Thank you.

This problem might occur because some of Bullguard's files were corrupted.
You should repair or reinstall the program.

To repair Bullguard, find its installation kit then run it and choose to repair. If you don't have the installation kit then please download if from the following link:
