The I/O errors (Input/Output errors) are determined by programs that run while BullGuard is scanning. These files will never be accessed by BullGuard as they are opened and loaded in the active memory.
Mostly, these files are the Windows services that run in the background (some are visible in the Task Manger > Processes tab, while others are not).
So, these errors are not to be taken into account and are not a reason for concern.
However, they might be a reason for concern when there are two many processes started in the Task Manager > Processes tab (usually more than 40-50). In this case I recommend an urgent scan of all hard drives, and sending me a screen shot of the Processes tab from Task Manager.
Here is a list of usual Windows services that a Windows will be running:
1. explorer.exe 2. svchost.exe 3. host.exe 4. winlogon.exe 5. services.exe 6. lsass.exe 7. csrss.exe 8. smss.exe 9. system idle process
Then there are also other programs that might be running in the background.Kind regards,
