Does anybody know how to get rid of the Java.Trojan virus? I can't find any information on it, and BullGuard's not getting rid of it. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Google is God...

www.google.com

Search for it.

If it's a major trojan, someone should have a remover.

If not, backup your important files and prepare to reinstall XP >_<

See: "Trojan virus did was not disinfected only moved... now what?" - maybe it will help.
Is this the same problem?

No, not the same problem. I have BullGuard set up so that it disinfects first and removes next, I believe. It rarely works right.

I can't seem to find any info on Google. That's always the first place I look. I found a couple of things that didn't really seem relevant.

It seems since I got DSL I get a lot of viruses now. That might be a coincidence. I don't go to questionable sites or download illegal music or anything like that, so I don't know what the F-n problem is! As for this virus, I've never even heard of it before. These virus writer people should be shot!

If this isn't the same problem, meaning the trojan is not located in the same place as in the other post, then where is the trojan located?

You can find this information within your Bullguard, in the Antivirus menu -> Report menu: vscan.log file.
Copy paste the location here.

I keep getting all sorts of trojan virus' too yesterday AVG found 10 and today there's 7. They just don't go away, I have never had this problem before, I don't open up files or anything either....I just got ADSL about a month or so ago....IS IT BECAUSE OF THAT!?!?!

 No,
people get hit every day you just have a faster download speed so you don't catch the signs as fast. if your familiar with regedit go in there and delete the files. what operating system are you using?
