A friends computer has recently been infected with a nasty. Basically i believe its preventing internet access. Ive checked the connection and the modem is authenticated on the network, but the computer cannot access the net, and i cant even access the modem interface. I work for the isp that provides his connection and from what ive diagnosed, it is definitely a virus preventing this.
