Recently my computer has been running sluggishly, with programs taking longer to load, and games will virtually slow to a standstill after a few minutes of playing, then continue as normal, then slow again, then run etc.
 
I went in to Task Manager (Windows Vista) and of the 4gb of ram installed (only 2800 recognised), virtually half (1.20GB) is being used at a steady rate. This is clearly abnormal, and was wondering if anyone had any ideas?
