My computer is running slowly in all instances. I have PCGuard Anti-Virus, Spy/Mal/trojan/worm remover all detecting nothing and my CPU is running at approx 40%. I have also performed a defrag, disk clean up, cleared cache, tried various browsers, removed uneccessary progs, cleaned airways and updated windows. Thanks.

Hello

It looks clean to Me, except from Napster.

Let´s see if Malwarebyte find any infections -

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

http://www.spywarefri.dk/downloads1/mbam-setup.exe

to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.

NB: If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts. Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process. If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

hello Touch, as you can see nothing found. My laptop is o.k now, problem is intermittent. I think I just have a poor processor and possibly runnning program overload. Thank you for looking much appreciated.

I did do a full scan first but couldn't copy log. Definately no infections.ta.
