i have a problem with windows shutting down...

i installed a kaspersky internet security in replacement of AVG 8 Free Edition then iIactivated the trial on the first day and shutting down turns alright..

on the next day, i enter a license key but when i shut down, it hangs on "Windows is shutting down..."

Please help me... Thankz..
