Hi... I recently got hit by a virus, which I think I have successfully removed/resolved.  Now, however, at startup, I am getting 2 RUNDLL errors.
 
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\gixhwjas.dll
Error loading C:\WINDOWS\System32\rqjloupn.dll
 
Here's my logfile from HiJackThis.  Any help or recommendations you can provide will be most appreciated.

Hello cool


You still have some infections in the log, I´ll therefore suggest you proceed as follows -
Go to Start  - Control Panel  -  Add-Remove Programs
Remove the following:
Viewpoint Manager

remove one of Your antivirus programs as well

 

 

Reboot normally

 

 

Please download Combofix:
http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe
 
 
And save to the desktop.

Close all other browser windows.
 
Please connect all your external hard drive/flash drive before running Combofix
 
 
 
Important-> Temporarily disable your anti-virus, real-time protection before performing a scan. They can interfere with combofix or remove some of its embedded files which may cause "unpredictable results". 
 
 
Double-click on the combofix icon found on your desktop.
 
Please note, that once you start combofix you should not click anywhere on the combofix window as it can cause the program to stall. In fact, when combofix is running, do not touch your computer at all and just take a break as it may take a while for it to complete. 

 When finished, it will produce a logfile located at C:\combofix.txt.
 

Post the contents of that log in your next reply with a new hijackthis log.
 
Please copy and paste your log files. DO NOT add it as an attachment



NB. If you are using any P2P (file sharing) programs, please remove them before we clean your computer.. We do not clean logs that have P2P applications installed as this can cause reinfection during your cleaning.

Do NOT post your problem in someone elses thread.

thanks for the help... ran the processes you recommended, I don't recall seeing any RUNDLL errors upon reboot (following Combofix run)...

looks like things are clean!  i rebooted several times, under each account id, and i'm not seeing the problem anymore.
