I have just bought Bullguard and asked it to scan my PC for virus it say that i have 9 which cannot be disinfected. What do i do now?

 did it move them? if it did look in the quarintine area if they are there you can delete them there if not let me know what your operating system is and we will go from there.

ok Ruth,
go to your bullguard Icon in the task bar, right click on it, when the menu comes up go to open, when the window comes up, click on antivirus, look across the top you will see it click on quarintine and delete the files in there.

 It means input/output errors and I'm not sure how to fix those it means going deeper into the operating system than I've been.
