I need help urgently, last night my computer was infected with a trojan virus that either removed or is hiding the following folders: My computer, my recent documents, my picture, my network places, control pannel, printers and faxes.  I only have access to "set program default" and "conect to."  Also, this virus has hijacked MSn and googles.  This sucker will not allow me to change the address, it redirects to the site of the product they are trying to force you to buy.  It has attached it self on the address bar.  The only bar that is safe is Yahoo and consequently it is very slow, but google doesn't work. These icons are also on my desktop and I can't remove them the minute I reboot they comeback.  Furthermore, I managed get to the control panel (don't ask me how I got there) and I can't find these freaking programs in order to remove them.  Everytime I reboot my computer, this virus comes back and it is in an eternal spyware mode.  It keeps showing these programs and if I try to close them, they take me to their web sites and keep comming back.  I can't turn them off or remove them.  It has disable my firewall, I have no access to it or to the dell solution site.  It has also disable my task bar manager.  I installed the "spyware doctor" and this program is blocking some of the spyware but the ones that are already in my computer keep popping up.  Also when I try to go to the MSN web site it doesn't allow me to, it keeps redirecting me to another site, same thing with googles.  I uninstalled the googles bar and tried to reinstall it and it will not allwo me to install it or to make googles my default web site.  It keeps popping up advertisement for these three products.  All it does is keep popping up these three web sites (one of them is PC Private).  Help these things are embedded on my star up program.  Do I have to reinstall everything in my computer in order to get rid of them?

Or can I get rid of it another way...Please I am writing you from my job, I really need help...

Hello smile

See if you can follow this ->

Please download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware:

 to your desktop.

Double-click mbam-setup.exe and follow the prompts to install the program.

At the end, be sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch

Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.

If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.

Once the program has loaded, select Perform full scan, then click Scan.

When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.

Be sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.

When completed, a log will open in Notepad. Please save it to a convenient location.

Copy and Paste that log into your next reply.

NB. If you can´t download/save it, then click on the link, and click on - Run - twice

You can download it to a computer, then burn it to a disc
Not sure what infection it is, but it sounds like a smitfraud/zlob infection:
