This is a typical situation and it can be solved either by deleting all the temp files: I suggest you try the Disk Cleanup function of WIndows, or by locating the specified infected file and manually delete it.
Before using any of these methods you have to disable the Antivirus within Bullguard, otherwise the program will not allow accessing the file (deleting it). The Disk CleanUp utility can be found in Start -> Programs -> Accessories -> System Tools -> Disk Cleanup.
When using Disk CleanUp select the system drive (on many systems is c:) then select all the files that are "temporary" or "temp".
The second file:
C:\WINDOWS\twaintec.dll
should be deleted in Safe Mode... restart your system and press F8 to enter Safe Mode.
The third file isn't the same with the second?
If not you should know it's location and try to delete it in Safe Mode as well.
