Used to have panda platinum 2006. Uninstalled it or so I thought via control panel to successfully upload different firewall. Today due to problems installing a wireless printer had to use the 'restore to an earlier date facility'. Now panda has reappeared! I get the message 'the application has failed to start because platctrl.bpl was not found. reinstalling the application may fix this problem'. So I tried to reinstall panda but got message to uninstall first. There it is on my control panel but when I click on uninstall it greys out and brings up the message 'setup.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. Now what on earth do I do - I can't even access the internet on that computer. many thanks.
