I have ran my AVG. It detects a trojan downloader.apropo.exe and some other one. Every now and then I get an internet explorer box that says there was a problem. So I restart my comp. and my Ad aware comes up and freezes my computer. I can not seem to get this virus off. What do I need to do??

Plese try to scan with an anti-spyware program from Windows Safe Mode. Then run a complete system scan with BullGuard and send us the generated report at support@bullguard.com. We will answer within one hour.
