I re-installed windows from scratch and within a couple of hours i had the blaster worm and the win32/parite. I got rid of the blaster worm and downloaded The AVG antivirus software to get rid of the win32/parite but it didn't work, it deleted 179 viruses but three it couldnt delete and now it kepps telling me i have this virus over and over again and each time it tells me i have the win32/parite it means i have a new one. Now i cant even install programs because my computer wont let me so is there anyway i can get rid of it online?

What are you using, for Av software, and what is your operating system. considering that you got blaster your using WIN XP as your OS. turn off your restore or recovery program they tend to write themselves in the recovery so when you restart or recover you've made them defaults, try using bullguard. then get the removal tools, after that go into regedit go to edit then find type in the name of the virus it willl search registry if it finds it delete the lines. then do a disk clean to remove all restore points.

if that don't work if your using bullguard send scanlogs to support@bullguard.com

Run in in Safe Mode!

To enter Safe Mode please reboot and keep pressing F8 before the loading screen of Windows appears (if you see the logo of Windows you'll have to reboot again).
