Can anyone tell me how to remove a virsus that came by clicking bestfriend.scr? I can't get an idenity of the virus. It has taken over most things like e-mail, task manager, etc. Anyone have any help on this?

I've never done anything with the registry keys. What exactly does this mean?

- manual: restore the registry value HKEY_CLASSES_ROOTexefileshellopencommand(default)
to contain the data: ["%1" %*] (withouth the square brackets)

Oh well....the removal tool didn't find anything anyway.

Only thing that finds something is Bullguard but doesn't do anything but identify that there is a virus. It doesn't give anyway to tell me what the virus is or any removal.
