Chris5579 you can go to
www.softpedia.com and download the free download of AVG it's updateable and it works pretty good. Now to the spyware problem, you need tofind a pop-up blocker the best free one is found at
www.microsoft.com search for antispyware beta download it install then run full system scan and turn on real time protection. now be warned if you are running bullguard it will take out your firewall and put it's own in place, mine works pretty good. I am not sure how it effects other AV's but I'd look for the same results. Hope this helps, good luck.
