Hi all,

I have a Bullguard pop-up window telling me:

Could not start the real-time behaviour scanner. Error 0x1, Step 1.

What should I do?

Hi Jean,


Uninstall any other antivirus software you may have and reinstall BullGuard.

This will solve the error.
