okay more information scanned with Bullguard v4.5 all my files,folders Archives packed programmes on the PC (Windows ME) its found viral code on scanned targetinfected adware,infected Trojan

I have just scanned my PC and it say that I have 27 total virus bodies and 13 viruses found these are the ones the move failed and the disinfection failed What do I do now please?
