    How can I find my account details/information?

    You can manage and find out more about your account, subscription status and Backed up data by logging in on the My Account section using your BullGuard username and password.

    Should you not remember your password, please click on the Forgot your password link and go through the password recovery steps. A complete guide on how you can reset your password can be found here.


    Should you not remember your username, please open the BullGuard application on your PC and select SETTINGS > Account. You will see it there as exemplified in the below screenshot. You can open the application from Start > All Programs > BullGuard and clicking on the BullGuard icon.

    Once logged in on the My Account section of our website, you can do the following:

    1. Change your account information (username, password, name etc) from the My Account Details section.
    2. Enable/disable email communication from BullGuard from the My Communication section.
    3. Check your payments/invoices from the My Payments section.
    4. Manage your backed up data (upload, download, share files) from the Online Backup Drive section.
    5. View your subscription details and download the corresponding application version from the My Subscription section.
    6. Using the Active Installations section you can manage your installations as described in this guide

    How do I recover my password?

    If you have forgotten your password you will need to reset it. You can do this as follows:

    • Click on this link.
    • Enter your BullGuard username in the Please fill in your email address (BullGuard username) and Please confirm your email address! fields.
    • Enter the two displayed words in the Re-CAPTCHA field (Note: if you cannot make out the words or they contain symbols you cannot type, simply click on the Refresh button from the webpage to get a new image)
    • Click on Submit.
    • Check the email address under which you have registered BullGuard. If you cannot find the password recovery email in your Inbox check your Spam folder(s) as well. The email will be titled: BullGuard: Change of password
    • In the email click on the red and underlined “link” word.
    • This will open up a new webpage where you need to enter your new password twice and click on Submit.

    How do I change my account details?

    You can change your account details (username, password and other details.) from the My Account section on our website as follows:

    1. Click on the My Account link and log in with your BullGuard username or password.

    2. Click on Change details in the My Account Details section.

    3. Enter the new information in the corresponding fields and click on Save changes.

      Please note that after changing your username or password you must relog-in within the BullGuard application with the new account details to keep the application active. You can do so by following this guide.

    How do I install/use my subscription on another computer?

    Before installing BullGuard on an additional computer, make sure you have your account details at hand.

    1. Verify them by attempting a login on the BullGuard My Account page. Once you have logged in here you can go ahead and install BullGuard as described below.

      Should you not remember your username, please open the BullGuard application on your PC and select SETTINGS > Account. You will see it there, as exemplified in the below screenshot. You can open the application from Start > All Programs > BullGuard and clicking on the BullGuard icon.

    2. Scroll down to the My Subscription section once you have logged in on the My Account page and click on the Download button corresponding to the product you wish to install.

    3. Follow the rest of the steps from the installation guide. Should you receive an error when trying to login that you have already reached the maximum installation number, please visit this guide to learn how to manage your BullGuard installations.

      Note: If you have a licence key and have already activated it when installing BullGuard on the first PC, you do not need to activate it again.

    How do I check my subscription status?

    In order to check your subscription status, please login on the My Account website using your BullGuard username and password.

    Next scroll down to the My Subscription section, in order to view the subscription status for your BullGuard products. You can hover over the "More information" icon on that page to learn more about them.

    In order to update your subscription status in the BullGuard application you need to open our application, select SETTINGS > Account and click on Check status.

    How do I manage my installations?

    First of all, login on the BullGuard My Account page with your BullGuard username and password.

    Should you not remember your username, please open the BullGuard application on your PC and select SETTINGS > Account. You will see it there, as exemplified in the below screenshot. You can open the application from Start > All Programs > BullGuard and clicking on the BullGuard icon.

    Next scroll down until you reach the Active Installations section and on the ON (red checkmark) or OFF (grey circle) buttons in order to enable or disable an Installation.

    If you hover over the small plus sign to the left of each entry in the list, it will expand and reveal additional information about the computer (besides its Computer Name) on which that installation is on, such as Product ID and that computer's last recorded IP Address. You can use these in order to match Installations from your account to actual machines.
