BullGuard CEO to Step Down

Copenhagen, 9 April 2008

BullGuard has announced that CEO Heini Zachariassen will step down after 5 years at the helm of the company. During this period BullGuard has expanded from 3 to 100 employees and its revenue more than doubled every year.

Commenting on the move BullGuard Chairman Morten Steen-Jørgensen said: “Heini informed the Board that he believed it was time to try something else and the Board accepts his decision now that BullGuard is moving into profitability after 5 years of very rapid growth.”

Steen-Jørgensen continued: “Heini has taken the company through one of the most difficult phases, building and managing rapid growth and taking the company into profitability. Very few people are capable of doing this and Heini has done a fantastic job.”

Commenting on his decision Heini Zachariassen said: “It has been a fantastic period at BullGuard. I have worked hard the past three quarters with a great team to make BullGuard profitable in Q1, a target we have achieved whilst setting a new revenue record. I can only be extremely satisfied with that result.”

He continued: “Taking a company from basic concept to an established, branded and profitable entity is what I enjoy most, so I look forward to getting my hands dirty again with a few new interesting ideas.”

A new BullGuard CEO has been selected and will be announced by the Board in a separate press release.
