BullGuard Supports Internet Security Campaign for the Elderly

Copenhagen, 20 September 2007

BullGuard, specialists in user-friendly PC & Mobile security solutions, will participate in the annual NetsikkerNu campaign in Denmark.

NetsikkerNu focuses on creating awareness of the possibilities the Internet has to offer and the importance of internet security among the elderly.

Laurits Fischer-Hansen, Head of Marketing at BullGuard, says: ”We have been part of NetsikkerNu for several years and we think it is an excellent initiative. The Internet may not have many secrets for younger generations, but especially among the elderly there is quite some educational work to be done.”

Sir Winston of BullGuard, BullGuard’s office pet and mascot, will also give acte-de-presence at the main event of the campaign in Copenhagen on October 9th. “Winston is 9 months old now and it is time for him to get his paws dirty. I count on him doing most of the talking, he usually has no problems speaking his mind,” said Mr. Fischer-Hansen.
