How to change username or password
Please follow this guide if you wish to change your BullGuard username or password.
Access your BullGuard account
First, access your BullGuard account.
Change either your username and/or password by pressing the CHANGE button.
Choose to change either your username or password and follow the instructions on the page.
Congratulations, you have now successfully changed your username and/or password!
Next, you need to follow the "Change user" guide.
Change the username within your BullGuard application
You have just bought a new subscription with a new username. Please follow this guide to use the username your current subscription with your BullGuard Internet Security.
Connect to the Internet.
Double-click the BullGuard Internet Security's icon in your System tray (bottom-right corner, next to the clock):
Go to the Main > Account section of your BullGuard Gamers' Edition and click the Change user link.
You can enter your new username and password and then login:
Now BullGuard Gamers' Edition connects to our server and checks your account. If the username and password you have provided are correct, your BullGuard Internet Security will now be active.
