If you wish to recover your password, please follow this guide. You will need to undergo this password recovery procedure as the Support Team does not have access to your password, and they cannot reset it either, due to data privacy laws.
Click on the “Forgot your password?” link and enter the e-mail address you chose as your username when registering Mobile Security.
After clicking Reset Password, a confirmation message appears to notify you that an e-mail was sent to the e-mail address used.
Verify your e-mail address Inbox. If you do not find the e-mail in the Inbox folder verify, your Spam folder.
The e-mail contains a link that will allow you to reset the password to your liking. BullGuard employs this method to ensure that only the owner of the e-mail account (and of the BullGuard account, respectively) can reset their password. Even if your BullGuard username falls into the wrong hands, somehow, no-one but the owner of the e-mail account can reset the password. Click on the link received by e-mail to reset your password.
After clicking on the hyperlink in the e-mail, a new browser window will open where you will need to click on the Reset Password button.
As soon as you click on the Reset Password button, a new random password you can login on the Security Manager with will be generated. The new random password will also be email to your e-mail.
You will need to log in with the new password to the Security Manager, at which point you will be asked to change it to a word or character string of your own choosing.
