BULLGUARD UPDATE
What are the best update settings?
We recommend that you leave the default update settings in place, since these assure optimal protection without interference.
How often does BullGuard update?
BullGuard is set by default to update every two hours. You can however set the update frequency anywhere between 1 hour to 24 hours. You can do this from the Home section > Status and settings section in BullGuard, by selecting the Updates tab and using the drop-down list from the Check for updates field.
Why is BullGuard saying it has not been updated in X days?
If BullGuard has not updated in the last few days, please open BullGuard and select the Home section. There click on Check for updates. If the updates are downloaded successfully, it means that the automatic updates are disabled for BullGuard on that computer.
You can re-enable them from Home section > Status and settings section in BullGuard, by selecting the Updates tab and ticking the option Check for updates automatically.
However, if you receive an error message when clicking on Check for updates button, please write it down and contact Support for a solution.
Why is Windows saying that BullGuard has not been updated in X days?
