The best way to buy online
Welcome, BullGuard user!
This section will describe the easiest and best way to buy a BullGuard subscription online.
The optimal process should go as follows:
• You like BullGuard and you decide to buy it.
• You access our buy page and purchase a subscription.
NOTE : If you already have BullGuard and you want to renew it, follow this guide instead: The Best Way to Renew.

Connect to the Internet and open your Internet browser. Type in www.bullguard.com, then click on the Buy tab.


Once you get to the buy page, click on the BUY buttons, that will take to the purchase process.
You can choose among Internet Security, Mobile Antivirus, or Backup.


On the next page, make sure you select the correct subscription time, backup space or computer numbers. You can see the price difference once you make different selections in the list.

The total depends on how much time, backup or computers you wish to have. You will see the total changing as you click the different choices. When you have decided on the best combination for you, you may continue.

Next you will get to the page where you can enter your details, so please remember to enter your email address correctly and to select the country your are paying from.


Depending on the country you select, the payment options available for you will change.

Once you finish inserting your credit card/account details, you will get to the final page. In this page, you can see the license-key you have just purchased and follow the Activation guide to update your trial account.

Also, below this information, you can also see details about the payment you have just made. The last page usually includes a confirmation message (i.e. for credit card) or further payment instructions (i.e. bank transfer).

Finally, please check your email to make sure you have received the confirmation message regarding the payment you have just made.
That's it - your order will now be processed and your account updated!

Important information
After you have completed the payment, a Confirmation Email will be sent to the email address
* If you have converted your trial account to a paid one :
• The email is called Thank you for purchasing BullGuard coming from noreply@bullguard.com and includes your :
- product license-key
- Invoice Number
- further payment instructions, if needed(i.e. for bank transfer).
* If you have renewed your existing subscription
• The email is called Thank you for upgrading your BullGuard subscription coming from noreply@bullguard.com and includes your:
- Invoice Number
- further payment instructions, if needed(i.e. for bank transfer).
Should you encounter any problems with your payment, send an email to payment@bullguard.com and we will assist you as soon as possible.

Remember
• Your BullGuard username is an email address - please make sure you type it correctly, and that the address is valid and yours. This address is where reminder emails are sent, as well as where you get answers to scan report submissions from our Support team.
• Your account is independent of the version you use - you can use your BullGuard account with any version of the software. Upgrading from an older version to a newer one is completely free of charge.
• Your account can be used on 3, or 5 PCs - you can install BullGuard on a 2nd (to 5th) PC, while still using the same username and password. BullGuard is thus able to protect all PCs found in most households.
