Upgrade your Backup

Welcome, BullGuard user! This section will describe the easiest and best way to upgrade your online Backup drive size.

 

The optimal process should go as follows:

• You decide to upgrade your Backup, and log into your online account.

 

• You buy more backup for your remaining time period.

 

   Connect to the Internet and log into the MY ACCOUNT section on our website. Type in the same username

   and password you use to log into BullGuard.

 

 

 

 

 

 

   To upgrade your Backup, please press the Upgrade Backup button found in the bottom part

   of the Subscription section.

  

 

 

 

 

   Pressing the Upgrade Backup button will take you to our Upgrade Backup page, where you must select

   the amount of extra backup you wish to buy.

 

   Note: Please note that you are selecting the backup you want to add, not the final backup size you wish to obtain.   

 

 

 

 

The total depends on how much extra backup you need to buy. You will see the total changing as you click the different choices.

When you have decided on what works best for you, please scroll down to continue.

 

 

   Next, you must enter your Credit Card details and press Continue to complete the process.

 

   Note: At the moment, the only available payment option for backup upgrades is via Credit Card. For some credit card

   types, you may need to enter the 3-digit security code found on the back of your credit card. 

 

 

 

 

   Please check your order details in the next page, and press the Yes, buy BullGuard button to complete the payment.   

 

 

    

 

 

 

   The last screen usually includes a confirmation message.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note: If your Backup size has not been updated in due time, please open BullGuard, go to Main > Account

and press the Check status button.

 

 

 

 

Next, go to the Backup section, where you should see the upgraded Backup size. 

 

 

 

    

 

That's it - your order will now be processed and your account updated!
