Using BullGuard Backup with a different username

If you have just bought a subscription under a new username, please follow this guide to use the username your current subscription with your BullGuard Backup.

  Connect to the Internet 

  Double-click the BullGuard Backup icon in your System Tray (bottom-right corner, next to the clock): 

  Go to the Main > Account section of your BullGuard Backup and click the Change user link.

You can enter your new username and password and then login:

Now BullGuard Backup connects to our server and checks your account. If the username and password you have provided are correct, your BullGuard Backup will now be active.
