 Activating your subscription with your new username

You have just bought a new subscription with a new username.

Please follow this guide to change the username for your current subscription.

 

 

1- button  Connect to the internet.

 

 

 

 

2- button  Double-click the bullguard icon in your System Tray (bottom right corner, just next to the clock):

The icon may be either red or gray. If the icon is gray it is
because your local BullGuard believes that your account has expired.
Please double click the icon, regardless its color, and proceed with this guide.

 

 

3 - button  Go to the Account section of your BullGuard and click the "Change user" button.

You can then enter your new username and password and login. Now BullGuard connects to our server and checks

your account. If the username and password you have provided is correct, your BullGuard will now be active.
