How to renew your subscription

Please follow this guide if you wish to renew your current BullGuard subscription.

  Access your BullGuard account

First, access your BullGuard account.

Type in your BullGuard username and password (please note these are case-sensitive). You will now access your BullGuard account.

  Renew

In the PAYMENT section, click the RENEW button from the bottom-right corner. 

Note: For the moment, you can only renew your subscription by choosing the same or more backup space as your current subscription.

You can also choose to renew your subscription automatically here, so you don't need to worry about being unprotected again. To do that, click the "Automatic Renewal" box.

Follow the instructions on the screen and fill in the necessary information.

  If you want less backup space...

You can choose to purchase a subscription with less backup space, if you want. Though, in order to do that

you have to purchase BullGuard via our website - the same way you did it the first time.

Note: You need to choose a different username than your current subscription.

When you have purchased your new subscription (with a new username), please follow this guide in order for BullGuard to register your new status.
