 How to remove viruses manually

 

In rare instances, BullGuard is not able to remove an infected file automatically.

1- button  Legal rights 

 

 

 

BullGuard does not have the legal rights to modify some types of archives (such as email archives, .cab archives, .zip or .ace) or to modify some system, protected files and locations such as System Restore.

 

 

2- button  BullGuard cannot remove an infected file when: 

 

 

 

arrow_readmore  The virus is already loaded in the active processes.

arrow_readmore  The infected file is started as a system service.

arrow_readmore  The active (loaded in the memory) infected files are not system files.

arrow_readmore  It is trojans, vbs viruses, backdoors, flooders or applications, which are stand-alone files and don't infect other files.

 

 

3 - button  Boot sector viruses
