Activating your BullGuard subscription
You may experience that your BullGuard continues to state that you have a trial, even though you have just purchased a subscription. Or that your subscription is still expired, even though you just renewed it.
This is caused by the fact that your account-status is stored on our online server, and your local copy of BullGuard Mobile has to check this server, before it can know that your status has changed. Normally, BullGuard Mobile checks this status every time you start your Internet connection, but if you are not connected to the internet when BullGuard launches, this may cause the above problem.
You have 2 easy ways of fixing this.
If you have bought BullGuard Mobile in a store, click here to activate your BullGuard subscription.
If you have bought from our website, you can use BullGuard Mobile to activate your subscription.
First, connect your device to the Internet and open your BullGuard by clicking its icon on the Desktop:
Next, click on Menu in the lower-left corner of the screen, then choose the Registration option.

If you have already a BullGuard account, just type your username and password before clicking the Done button, seen in the lower-left corner of your display.

If you do not have a BullGuard account, you will have to register one. To do so, please click the Options button. Next, choose the New User option.

To create your BullGuard account, please enter an email address (this will be your BullGuard username) and choose a password.
Note: you alone shoud have access to your password.

After typing the username and password (Existing User or New User), press Done. You should receive the following message:

If this does not work, you may have accidentally purchased BullGuard under a different or misspelled username (email address) than the one you are currently using.
If this is the case, please check the confirmation email sent to you after the purchase and find your username there. Then enter the correct BullGuard username and password.
That's it! You have just activated your account.
