Upgrading to BullGuard 14 is simple and only takes a few moments. However, you should note that the Mobile Security 14 needs a working Internet connection and will only run on Android 2.3 or higher.
IMPORTANT: in order to make sure your paid subscription is recognized please SIGN UP with your existing BullGuard account once the upgrade is complete.
On your mobile device, tap on the BullGuard Mobile Security icon and go to Antitheft. Disable the module by sliding the indicator to left in order to remove BullGuard from the Device Administrators group.
Note: you will need to provide your BullGuard account password in order to perform the change.
Go back to the Settings section on your device and open Application manager. Look up BullGuard Mobile Security, tap on it and choose to Uninstall.
Open the Google Play Store on your device and search for "bullguard" then tap on BullGuard Mobile Security or simply open the following link on your device: www.bullguard.com/ms - this will redirect you to our app on the Play Store.
Next tap on INSTALL and read the list of resources and actions that the application currently being installed can perform or has access too. If you agree with them, tap on ACCEPT to continue.
The install process should complete in a few moments after starting it and, once finished, you can start the Mobile Security application. To run the program, tap on OPEN. If you want to start it at a later time, exit the Play Store and restart it from your applications list once it is convenient for you.
