Customers will instead receive replies through the Support plugin in BullGuard, as well as via Live Chat.

Updates and downloads working slowly

 

STATUS: SOLVED

Download of virus definitions, product updates and product downloads from http://www.bullguard.com/ are currently

working slowly. Connections may be dropped and downloads conducted at slow speeds.

 

This is caused by a major update being issued, causing a spike in traffic.

 

We apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused you and we are now working on minimizing the effect

of the spike.
