Status of each module

 

The Statistics tab will provide information about the status of each module and a summary of its activity since the application was first installed on the computer.

Updates_Stats

 

 

Will display 2 timestamps for the last check for updates and for the last update implemented. The status Enabled means that the Automatic updates option is in use; otherwise it would have been displayed as Disabled.

 

The last updated timestamp is also displayed in the Main section below the Check for updates button.

Spamfilter_Stats

 

 

Will display a summary for the module’s activity. The e-mail counter is not reset when BullGuard is restarted and it will record for as long as the Spamfilter module is started.

 

 

Status: Shows Enabled when the service is running and Disabled when turned off. If the module is turned off, then the BullGuard Spamfilter add-on from the user's’ e-mail client will be disabled. Thus, the Spamfilter will not move the spam to the designated spam folder and the user will not be able to mark incoming e-mails as spam.

 

Received e-mails: Shows the total number of received e-mails for as long as the module is operational.

 

Marked as spam by BullGuard: Shows how many e-mails where automatically detected as spam by BullGuard.

 

Blocked by you: Shows the number of received e-mails marked as spam by the user.

 

 


Support_Stats

 

 

Will display the status of the Support module and statistics about its usage.

 

 

Sent e-mails: Shows the total number of sent e-mail messages using the Support plugin.

 

Received e-mails: Shows the total number of messages sent by our Support team which have reached BullGuard Support Message Center.

 

Chats started: Shows the total number of chats you have started using the Support plugin.

 

Remote Assistance sessions: Shows the total number of remote assistance sessions which have been successfully performed using the Support plugin.

 

Files sent: Shows the total number of files you have sent to our Support team using the Support plugin.

 

Files received: Shows the total number of files which have been received using the BullGuard Support Message Center.

Note that the information present in this section will be modified and reset if BullGuard is reinstalled. The available data depends on the Windows account currently logged in, meaning that the user will have different statistics displayed for different Windows users.
